We do not offer or negotiate the terms of any residential mortgage loan. You are responsible for working with licensed professionals (lenders, loan originators, real estate agents, attorneys, tax advisors, insurance agents) when appropriate.

   All information on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Mortgage approval decisions are made solely by independent, licensed lenders and are subject to lender guidelines and discretion.
